Exciting New Avenues

I have left Hayes, James and Associates. They are a great group and I will always open my door fro any help I can provide them with.

I have since partnered up with an old friend of mine Joshua Modglin. I have known Josh since HDR. He is a wonderful designer and amazing coder. We have started InMotion Consulting (www.inmotioncon.com). We offer civil design services, Autodesk product training, CAD management, customized software solutions, and GIS services.

Job Oppunurtunities

I currently looking for a job that I can use my development, design, management, and CAD experience. I am a motivate person who puts 115% into everything I do. I've been told I have a great work ethic and put full attention into any position I have ever had.


These times demand we look at problems in a whole new light. We have to do things a whole new way, whether it be in design, management or marketing. The same old way of doing business just won't cut it anymore.




I have led many new and innovative design practices, management decisions and policies in my career. I'm not afraid to take chances to make what I do different than others.
