We have started InMotion Consulting (www.inmotioncon.com). We offer civil design services, Autodesk product training, CAD management, customized software solutions, and GIS services.

Background
I have worked as a civil engineer for 9 1/2 years. In that time I have been fortunate enough to work on almost all types of projects from residential to industrial. I have been involved in most of my projects from concept to design through construction.
I have performed CAD design and drafting for civil, architectural and structural design as well as CAD management duties for 45 users. I have a thorough understanding of Civil 3D, how to use it, teach it and implement it in a company.
I have also been doing business development in the northwest Georgia area for the past year and a half. I have contacts public and private contacts in metro Atlanta and northwest Georgia. Perform a variety of duties on engineering projects from design to management. I have been involved in all aspects of client management, cost proposals, budgetary tracking and marketing. As a branch office manager I deal with multiple human resource and office management issues. Manage one Professional Land Surveyor and three 2 man field crews as well as 2 engineers/designers.
As a manager I created a marketing plan for my region and followed through with that plan to create new contacts and generate work for my region and the company.
I also act as the company CAD manager and have successfully implemented Civil 3D to 30 users. Cad manager duties have included creating training classes and documentation for training and CAD manual. I was on the forefront of the Civil 3D technology when it emerged in 2004. I have been developing my skills and understanding of software from day one.
